Rebranding agency Yerevan · Brand refresh Armenia
For brands that have outgrown their old skin.
Full rebranding — audit, strategy, new visual identity, rollout plan, and transition assets. For brands that have grown beyond what their current brand was built to say.
Rebranding is not redecoration. A rebrand that only changes the logo without fixing the strategy underneath looks like a rebrand for exactly six months, then becomes the new wallpaper nobody notices.
We start with an honest audit: what is the current brand actually communicating, to whom, and is that still what you want to say? The answer determines whether you need a full rebrand, a refresh, or a strategic repositioning without touching the visual.
When a full rebrand is the right call, we manage the process from strategy to rollout — including transition planning so the old and new brand don't create confusion during the switchover.

Common questions
Before you call us.
- How do we know if we need a rebrand or just a refresh?
- A refresh updates the aesthetic without changing positioning — new colour palette, modernised logo, updated typography. A rebrand changes the strategic foundation: who you are, who you're for, what you stand for. If the strategy is still right and only the look feels dated, refresh. If the strategy has shifted, rebrand. We'll diagnose this honestly in the audit phase.
- How long does a rebranding project take?
- Three to five months for a full rebrand — audit, strategy, identity design, guidelines, and rollout planning. Larger organisations with more touchpoints take longer. We build a project timeline during the initial scoping call.
- What happens to our existing materials during the transition?
- We produce a transition plan that maps every touchpoint and phases the switchover. High-visibility items go first; lower-priority materials get a longer runway. We also produce bridging assets that work with either brand during the transition period.
