Who we are

MANIFESTUM Creative Studio ("MANIFESTUM", "we") is a creative studio based in Yerevan, Armenia. This policy explains what personal data we collect through manifestum.am, why, and what rights you have over it. Questions:hello@manifestum.am.

What we collect

Contact and newsletter forms. When you submit a form we receive what you type: your name, email address, company (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, for the newsletter, to send you the content you signed up for. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (our hosting provider) and forwarded to our team, including via a private Telegram notification.

Analytics. With your consent (the banner you see on first visit), we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used — pages visited, time spent, approximate location (country/city level), device type, clicks, and scrolling. Clarity may record anonymised session replays. IP addresses are anonymised. If you decline, no analytics run at all. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

What we don't do. We don't sell your data, we don't run ad-targeting pixels on this site, and we don't collect anything you don't actively give us or consent to.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of taking steps toward a contract at your request, and analytics on the basis of your consent. Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship; newsletter data until you unsubscribe; analytics data per the retention settings of Google Analytics (14 months) and Microsoft Clarity.

• Microsoft Clarity — behaviour analytics (consent-gated)
• Telegram — internal notification of new enquiries to our team

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop processing it. Emailhello@manifestum.am and we'll act on it within 30 days. If you believe we've mishandled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
